Introducing changes in four key areas <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">including removing a range of centrally mandated requirements, the framework requires <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">implementing new ways of working and letting go of entrenched habits. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This session focuses on what happens when national requirements for incident response are <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">removed: What do organisations prioritise for improvement? How do inequalities feature? What is the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">impact on engaging those affected? <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PSIRF is at the forefront of patient safety incident response.
