Shane has worked across numerous Victorian government portfolios, contributing to system-wide reforms as part of the Royal Commission into Victoria\u2019s Mental Health System, providing senior advisory services to departmental executives and supporting the reforms to Victoria\u2019s emergency management sector following the 2009 Victorian Bushfires. OFFICIAL Across these and other roles, Shane has held operational, program management and policy leadership functions.
