In this session, we will explore how Singapore Ministry of Health (MOH) worked with Joint Commission International (JCI) to design the \u201cEnsure Safer System\u201d (ESS) programme based on the JCI Standards that moved the public healthcare institutions from an accreditation to an improvement approach towards high reliability. The speaker will also highlight the change of mindset and practise at the hospital that he is working in with the introduction of this new programme.
