Registration and payment

The International Forum will take place on Saturday 4 – Sunday 5 July 2020 at the Pullman, Aerocity, New Delhi.

Individual bookings

All bookings should be made online. If you are booking as an individual and wish to make payment by credit card, book your place here

Small group bookings (2-49 people)

If you wish to book a group between 2 to 49 delegates, please download the group import template. Once completed, please send the template to ifqsh20@iceindia.in. Once the template is received, our team will send you the link to make payment via credit card or you can request an invoice via email to ifqsh20@iceindia.in.

Please note: All group members should be from the same organisation and an invoice will be raised in the name of the Group Leader (mentioned in the template).

Large group bookings (50+ people)

If you would like to discuss purchasing a larger group booking (50+ delegates), please email Molly Coogan on mcoogan@bmj.com who will be able to discuss your requirements. Once your booking details have been confirmed, you will be sent a registration link and verification code to complete your booking.

Payment

Prices are in INR and all prices are exclusive of 18% GST.

Please note that registrations made online are payable by credit/debit card or invoice.

All the above prices are per delegate and are exclusive of Indian GST at 18%.

Student and Nurses Fees

We will be offering special pricing for students and nurses wishing to attend the International Forum in New Delhi. 

The fee will be INR 7273 and it will give you full access to the conference, including lunch and refreshments which are served to all delegates. 

To apply for the discounted student rate, please send one of the following to Molly Coogan at mcoogan@bmj.com:

  • A copy of your student card which clearly displays the date of validity
  • A letter from your institution to confirm your profession (Nurse or Student)

If your application is successful you will be provided with further instructions on how to register with our student rates.
