Monday 9 March 2026 | 09:30-12:30 \u00a0<\/p> Across the globe, there is almost universal agreement that big change is needed in healthcare systems. How do we make it happen? How do we transition from where we are now to a different future? Top down system reform only takes us so far. We cannot \u201credesign\u201d our way to transformation just by changing the explicit structures or money flows. Many of the change & improvement methods used in healthcare are designed for small scale continuous improvement rather than deep, systemic change. This session aims to fill a gap in terms of how we enable a different, more radical kind of change-based new thinking, with high involvement & participative approaches, new relationships & a recalibration of the dynamic between providers & users of services.
