She is was recently<br>appointed as the Clinical Governance and Patient Safety Lead at the Royal College of<br>Ophthalmologists. Her role as clinical director sees her playing a key part in the<br>development of patient safety culture, safety systems and safety improvement activity<br>across the trust. She implemented PSIRF across the organisation and is currently leading on<br>NatSSIPs2. She is passionate about authentic partnering with patients and helped set up the<br>award winning quality and patient safety partner programme at UHS. She regularly teaches<br>on patient safety and human factors.
