She has lectured extensively and published research on studies related to psychosocial care of children and families. She served on the boards of The Association of Child Life Professionals, Child Life of Greater NY and recently completed an 8-year term with the American Academy of Pediatrics, Committee on Hospital Care, authoring the 2021 Policy Statement on Child Life Services.
