These are a part of the new national framework for<br>patient safety.<br><\/span><\/p><br><p><span data-sheets-root=\"1\">Joy is a certified psychologist, with a specialization in work and organizational psychology. Before starting at the Directorate she worked close to 12 years in the Department of Work<br>Environment at Oslo University Hospital, Europe&#8217;s largest with 25000 employees.
