Stream: Change<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>
In this provocative session, we will learn from Australia, Belgium, Canada and Norway. Leaders from these four countries are exploring how one core QMS, based on Juran\u2019s trilogy and upgraded by quality leadership and quality culture dimensions, can be integrated in their four contexts. We will also hear reflections from the session\u2019s chair, who will share how quality management is being used in Scotland in an ever-changing environment.
If you recognise this challenge and also sometimes feel you are re-inventing the wheel, than this session is for you. We will clearly describe our lessons on the facilitators and barriers we are experiencing, we will create a lively discussion and we will launch a community of practice to share further ideas.<\/span><\/p>
