He has healthcare leadership experience at national and local executive level in hospital and community services. Dr Harnett\u2019s PhD was based on the design and implementation of integrated care for older people in Ireland including curriculum development, research and teaching, working with senior clinicians, policy makers, academics and multi-sectoral stakeholders.
