She is responsible for developing a healthcare investigation method and process, the board&#8217;s internal education program, and ensuring that the board&#8217;s reports and recommendations are conveyed in a pedagogical and useful way for the recipients.<br><br>Synn\u00f8ve has a cand. polit degree in Political Science from the University of Bergen and has published over 10 scientific articles on homeland security. She has worked as a researcher at Uni Research Rokkan and the University of Stavanger. She has experience in quality improvement and implementation science through Nordic improvement agent education and IHI&#8217;s improvement coach program.
