Synn\u00f8ve has a cand. polit degree in Political Science from the University of Bergen and has published over 10 scientific articles on homeland security. She has worked as a researcher at Uni Research Rokkan and the University of Stavanger. She has experience in quality improvement and implementation science through Nordic improvement agent education and IHI’s improvement coach program. Before joining the Investigation Board, Synn\u00f8ve led the implementation of the Norwegian national patient safety program “In Safe Hands 24\/7” in the Western Norway Regional Health Authority.<\/span><\/p>
