This dynamic session, delivered by the Next Generation Advisory Panel (NGAP) and the Aspiring Leaders in Healthcare Network (ALiHN), explores the tangible impact ECPs have when given the tools, mentorship, and opportunities to drive change. Join us to discover practical strategies and inspiring case studies focused on developing the next generation of healthcare leaders.<\/span><\/p><br><p><span data-sheets-root=\"1\">This high energy workshop will focus upon empowerment of early career frontline staff through quality improvement.<\/span><\/p><br><p><span data-sheets-root=\"1\">Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (LTHTR) will share learning from an innovative Enhance Explore programme co-designed with resident doctors. Supporting the next generation to develop skills to lead through quality improvement can support resilience at individual, organisational and system levels.
