Formerly a paediatric resuscitation specialist, she led the national design and implementation of the Irish Paediatric Early Warning System (2014\u20132018). Rachel manages several national quality improvement programmes, including ten iterations of a huddle implementation collaborative, the Irish COPD collaborative and a health and social care improvement programme currently in its second cohort.
