She is Upper Kuskokwim<br>Athabascan and grew up in the village of McGrath. Her primary drivers are family and<br>community. Chelsea graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2010 with a<br>bachelor\u2019s degree in nursing and a minor in Anthropology. Chelsea has been a nurse<br>for 14 years and has spent her career in the Alaska Native Tribal Health System in roles<br>ranging from an adult medical-surgical unit, outpatient case management, and nurse<br>management and leadership. She joined SCF in 2013 and serves as the Nurse Director<br>for Anchorage Primary Care. Chelsea is passionate about the health and wellness of<br>her people and increasing representation and support for diverse and underrepresented<br>populations in health professions.
