As part of<br>the\u00a0Enhance\u00a0programme, Nanthini works closely with the Continuous Improvement<br>Team, contributing to multiple Trustwide projects aimed at strengthening patient<br>safety and optimising clinical pathways. Current projects include increasing the utilisation of the Virtual Ward to support safe<br>admissions and early supported discharge, as well as improving safety in local<br>invasive procedures through enhanced processes and consistent application of<br>bestpractice standards. In these roles, Nanthini collaborates with multidisciplinary<br>teams to identify system gaps, test solutions, and implement sustainable<br>improvements. Driven by a commitment to highquality patient care, Nanthini brings curiosity,<br>initiative, and a systemsthinking mindset to both clinical practice and improvement<br>work.
