safety and optimising clinical pathways. Current projects include increasing the utilisation of the Virtual Ward to support safe
admissions and early supported discharge, as well as improving safety in local
invasive procedures through enhanced processes and consistent application of
bestpractice standards. In these roles, Nanthini collaborates with multidisciplinary
teams to identify system gaps, test solutions, and implement sustainable
improvements. Driven by a commitment to highquality patient care, Nanthini brings curiosity,
initiative, and a systemsthinking mindset to both clinical practice and improvement
work. Alongside developing surgical skills and experience, Nanthini is passionate
