With a career interest in anaesthesia, Mollie brings a frontline clinical perspective to<br>improvement initiatives, recognising the importance of reliability, teamwork, and human<br>factors in high-risk environments. They have presented their improvement work at multiple<br>regional and national conferences, receiving awards for best oral presentation in recognition<br>of the impact and quality of their work.
