improvement and systems thinking. She aspires to specialise in Obstetrics and
Gynaecology and is a passionate advocate for women\u2019s health and equity. In her role as a North West Enhanced Explore Clinical Fellow, Lucy contributes to
focused improvement initiatives at local and regional levels, working collaboratively
across disciplines to drive meaningful change. She is a keen educator, leading
Foundation Programme teaching series, and is academically engaged, having
presented novel research within the general surgical field. Lucy is passionate about
empowering early-career clinicians through education, collaboration, and
