Following Dr. Davis\u2019s keynote on the strategic importance of innovation, this session focuses on empowering staff and providers to drive change from the ground up.<\/p> You\u2019ll hear briefly about how frontline teams at Cincinnati Children\u2019s are engaged in innovation efforts\u2014and then take part in a hands-on group activity. Working with your table, you\u2019ll respond to a real-world scenario and develop a practical idea to surface innovation from the frontline in your own organization.<\/p> Each table will share their top idea, and together we\u2019ll vote on those with the most potential for impact.
