At present holding a position of Covering Deputy Director of Nursing at the Institute of Mental Health, Singapore.<\/span><\/p><br><p><span data-sheets-root=\"1\">Janci holds Master of Advanced Practice (Clinical Leadership) from Curtin University.<\/span><\/p><br><p><span data-sheets-root=\"1\">With over 22 years of experience in psychiatric nursing, Janci has led various initiatives, including suicide prevention and nursing clinical practice efforts.<\/span><\/p><br><p><span data-sheets-root=\"1\">At present, Janci is holding the role of Co-lead of Suicide Prevention Workgroup. She has collaborated on projects aimed at improving patient safety and quality care across psychiatric settings. She involved in the evaluation of anti-ligature products and fixtures in the refurbished wards.<\/span><\/p><br><p><span data-sheets-root=\"1\">Since the formation of Nursing Clinical Practice Council in 2017, she has actively reviewed nursing work instructions as well as developing and embarking on nursing clinical practice projects.
