Her recent clinical experience is in the areas of rehabilitation and aged care at Peninsula Health. Rebecca\u2019s has managed a number of health service quality and research projects. Rebecca is particularly interested in investigating and implementing models of person-centred care, person-centred goal setting and integrated approaches to person-centred care planning and delivery across the care continuum.
