Mr. Forsythe previously worked as a hospital pharmacy administrator and has also held roles in project management, health service transformation, and health service executive leadership. He holds bachelor\u2019s and master\u2019s degrees from the Queen\u2019s University of Belfast and is currently completing a Master of Business Administration degree. Prior to joining IHI, Mr. Forsythe completed Improvement Advisor (IA) training.
