EN3: Social media? How to “touch” your audience with the quality improvement program

Thursday 19th September 2019

Infection control is a major component in patient safety. Instead of a top-down program, inviting people with social influence to spread health information would be a powerful change. But there are questions we need to ask.

What kind of matrix is suitable?
Which type of social media should be used?
How do we evaluate and link back to the health associated outcome?

Two award-winning, experienced speakers will share how to conduct a quality improvement programme using the power of social media.

After this session, participants will be able to:

  1. Create a social media based matrix to present the quality improvement program.

  2. Evaluate the audience’s perception and response.

  3. Evaluate the health associated outcomes.
