Dr Lee is the Chief Executive Officer of Changi General Hospital, a 1000 bed public teaching hospital. He is also concurrently the Dy Group CEO for Singapore Health Services responsible for the Regional Health System in Eastern Singapore that serve a population of nearly 2 million. Prior to this he was Dy Director of Medical Services (Health Services and Healthcare Performance) in MOH where he led the strategic development of healthcare services and national quality improvement efforts. Dr Lee is a medical doctor by training specialising in Public Health with additional qualifications in Change Management and Coaching. Dr Lee is an Adjunct A/Prof in the School of Public Health, NUS, and sits on several international and national committees.
