Doctor Kuo is a physician of internal medicine, specializing in pulmonary medicine and critical care. He is also involved in the information technology, quality management and medical record management of this hospital. As the CMIO of IT Office, he introduced REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture) system into NTUH in 2017.
