This work has reached over 100 ward teams across England to date. Harris was privileged to coach the team at Forest Lodge who are presenting in this workshop session.<\/p><br><p>Other project highlights of Harris\u2019 time at The PSC include:<\/p><br><ul><br><li>Empowering over 20 teams across a large mental health provider to scale up initiatives achieving reductions in patients\u2019 lengths of stay on psychiatric wards, and reducing inappropriate out-of-area placements from 34 to zero in the space of 4 months<\/li><br><li>Supporting the roll-out of NHS 111 First in 19 multi-organisation health systems across South East England<\/li><br><li>Equipping a large community healthcare provider to establish an innovative approach for managing patient waiting times &#8211; which was recognised as a national award finalist<\/li><br><li>Working with an acute healthcare provider to boost the number of patients being treated in same day emergency care by over 50%<\/li><br><\/ul><br><p>Harris holds an MBA and is a qualified coach.
