She is an associate editor for the British Medical Journal Leader division, supporting research on human connection to publication. As a patient advocate, she sits on several national and international committees and foundations. As a researcher, she works with numerous global organisations, collaborating to establish links between kindness, social capital, and psychological safety and highlighting their shared impact in building high-performing teams and organisations. She is engaged as a speaker and facilitator by health and law organisations wishing to support their workforce engagement and improve culture.
