The session will provide a system-level overview of national policies, highlight key findings from recent published data, and engage participants in dynamic discussions on co-creating solutions for improving healthcare quality.<\/span><\/p><br><p>The key insights from the WHO report &#8220;Taking the Pulse of Quality of Care and Patient Safety in the WHO European Region&#8221; will set the stage for an innovative mini-hackathon rounds.
