The session will provide a system-level overview of national policies, highlight key findings from recent published data, and engage participants in dynamic discussions on co-creating solutions for improving healthcare quality.<\/span><\/p> The key insights from the WHO report “Taking the Pulse of Quality of Care and Patient Safety in the WHO European Region” will set the stage for an innovative mini-hackathon rounds.
