Dr. Haraldseid-Driftland has a clinical background as a registered nurse, and is highly dedicated to helping units and organizations translate resilience into practice by becoming aware of what they do that provide positive outcomes in their organization. Haraldseid-Driftland believe that organizational and collaborative learning and resilience is key to enable the current and future workforce to provide high quality care.
