But the question is how to organise it.\u00a0 In order to maximise the involvement of nurses in the quality of care, structured quality groups have been set up. Nurses from each of the clinical wards are involved in one of the 12 self-managed quality groups. These groups have facilitation and support from the nurses&#8217; committee and the quality, safety and innovation department, the management team and the board of the hospital.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><br><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The quality groups enable problems to be solved efficiently from a nursing perspective through proactive input from nurses on a range of subjects. This approach is effective as it is well known and well-defined company wide.
