Together with a colleague, we investigated the underlying causes of a serious incident in the care in order to learn and improve.<\/p><br><p>As a hospital, we think this is very important, but it doesn\u2019t benefit the patient much.<\/p><br><p>When I retired in 2022, I decided to volunteer to guide patients and\/or their families who end up in a calamity process.<\/p><br><p>In 2025 I am doing this for 3 years.
