Besides working in a hospital setting she has gained experience in working as a specialist in elderly care in a community-based setting working in networks to strengthen care for frail elderly living at home.<\/p><br><p>With Saxenburgh Medical Center, she aimes to transform the care for elderly towards a network-oriented collaboration with health-care workers involved in the care for frail elderly, such as elderly care physicians, casemanagers dementia, social workers and general practitioners.
