National work has included leading the design of England\u2019s first national framework for improvement and leadership development for the NHS. Suzie is a Health Foundation GenerationQ Fellow and co-led the creation of the Sheffield Microsystem Coaching Academy in partnership with the Dartmouth Institute in Massachusetts, USA. She is a trustee of Skills for Care and serves on the editorial board of the Future Healthcare Journal.
