Prior to his CQO role at UCM, he has served as both the Interim Section Chief of Emergency Medicine and the ED\u2019s Medical Director since 2014. He also previously served as the American College of Emergency Physicians\u2019 Chair of the Medical Director Section and previously served on their Patient Quality and Safety Committee. Prior to joining UCM, Dr. Spiegel had over 20 years of experience including serving as the Vice President of Business Strategy and Operations Support for Marriott International, an Analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank, and a Consultant for the Small Business Administration.
