In Wales, the Netherlands and Belgium there are leadership programs to support clinicians, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to inspire and motivate others to transform the way they work and adopting innovative approaches within their own work. During these programs, participants carry out change initiatives to improve quality of care. The shared ambition of these leadership programs is not only to \u2018fix the professional\u2019 but to \u2018fix the workplace\u2019 and even \u2018fix the system\u2019 by creating a movement of improvement, breaking patterns, involving executives, and removing barriers between departments and organisations.<\/p><br><p>In this session, we share insights, experiences, and visions of the future from clinical leadership programs from Wales, the Netherlands and Belgium.
