She is currently a Senior Director for Global Delivery at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), where she leads and manages IHI&#8217;s improvement projects funded by various donors and works with myriad partners in Sub-Saharan Africa and beyond. She currently leads and oversees diverse projects in several countries in Sub-Saharan Africa (South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Uganda, and Tanzania) and in Indonesia. She is a trained improvement science specialist (Improvement Advisor) and has extensively led several improvement collaboratives in multiple countries. She is a content contributor and teaches IHI&#8217;s in-person and virtual professional development programs, globally. Before joining IHI 12 years ago, she worked for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) as a Quality Improvement Manager.
