This mindset can also alienate your most valuable asset: your workforce.<\/p> In resource-limited healthcare systems, it\u2019s crucial to drive value and maximize outcomes, but focusing solely on cost is not the answer.<\/p> In this interactive session, we will offer provocation on some of the key issues facing organisations and systems as they try to transform and seek to leverage participants\u2019 expertise to share global examples of successes and learning from failures.
