<\/em><\/strong>Amber Boskma is a nurse and researcher at University Medical Center Groningen. Additionally, she works as a policy advisor in nursing research. Her PhD research is focusing on monitoring and improving the well-being of healthcare professionals. With this research she hopes to contribute to optimizing a positive work environment for healthcare professionals to ensure that care remains accessible for everyone. Amber is currently working on, among other things, research related to the validation of a care intensity model and a systematic review of organizational\/system interventions aimed at improving the well-being of healthcare professionals.
