Group Chief Quality Officer, National Healthcare Group; Singapore

Adjunct Associate Professor Tai Hwei Yee is Chief Quality Officer in National Healthcare Group (NHG) and Senior Consultant in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine in Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). She was instrumental in the setting up of the Singapore Healthcare Improvement Network (SHINe) which is a collaboration of healthcare institutions from the acute, primary care and long term care sectors in Singapore, formed for the purpose of improving care for patients. She is currently Co-Chair of SHINe and leads a 3-year Large Scale Initiative to reduce harm in SHINe in partnership with IHI.
