Dee Gray

Dr Dee Gray is passionate about supporting people to manage work and life transitions, and designs transformational learning programmes to facilitate change. Her research includes how we support employees in the aftermath of workplace errors, and how we can develop the resilience and wellbeing of people in work and in our communities. Her Resilience and Wellbeing programme has been adapted and tested for people in a variety of contexts, including those in the ‘Third Workforce’ whose resilience is eroded through isolation and loss of identity. She is an experienced executive coach and mentor with a practice that focuses on developing resilient leadership, and has written about supporting leaders through times of fear, failure, and ill-health. Her professional qualifications and experience includes that of law (negligence), education, leadership and management, and she has held senior leadership and management roles in health, academia and government.

Dr Dee Gray is a Visiting Research Fellow at Liverpool John Moores University and Allied Researcher to the Welsh Government.
