Erica De Loos, MSc, FISQua, Change Agent has been working on global, European and national quality improvement programmes in hospitals since 2005, such as the WHO High 5s programme (9 countries), the European project for Patient Safety and Quality of Care (28 MS + Norway), and the national Better Faster programme (24 hospitals). After home care nursing she started as quality advisor at CBO Dutch Institute for Healthcare Improvement (10 years). From 2015-2018 she worked for the national Institute for Accreditation in Healthcare (NIAZ) and the Netherlands Federation of University Medical Centres (NFU). In 2018 she started at Netherlands Institute for Health Services Research (NIVEL).
