Rose Trooster, MSc in psychology and program manager for the Dutch quality collaborative of university medical centres in the Netherlands. This collaborative aims for quality and sustainability in healthcare through research and dissemination projects.

Rose has expertise on quality improvement, patient safety and patient centeredness. She was projectleader for the Dutch patient safety program in which 90 hospitals participated and worked as a strategic advisor to the board in acute care and long term care.
