Senior Vice President, Institute for Healthcare Optimization

Sandeep Green Vaswani, MBA, is senior vice president at the Institute for Healthcare Optimization, where he is responsible for oversight of operations redesign and patient flow optimization initiatives. He has led patient flow redesign implementations at various US, UK and Canadian healthcare delivery organizations. He has worked with academic medical centers, district general hospitals, primary care, and specialty clinics. In addition to single system initiatives he has guided state-wide implementations such as the CMS-funded Partnership for Patients initiative in New Jersey, and the national capacity building and redesign implementation program at National Health Service of Scotland.
