Emergency Physician and Chairman of the Emergency Department Unit, Flevo Hospital

Six years ago, Floris joined the Flevo Hospital in Almere, the Netherlands as Emergency Physician. The Emergency Department (ED) of the Flevo Hospital is responsible for the emergency care of the 200.000 residents of Almere. Floris leads the ED and is committed to creating an ED environment that benefits both employees and visiting patients. With his team, he takes on the challenge of providing high quality care for the large and fast growing population of Almere. Floris was educated at the Academic Medical Center in Amsterdam and the University Medical Center in Groningen.
