Robin Osborn

Robin Osborne, M.B.A., is vice president and director of The Commonwealth Fund’s International Health Policy and Practice Innovations program. Mrs. Osborn has responsibility for the Fund’s annual International Symposium on Health Policy; annual international health policy surveys; bilateral policy meetings with the U.K., France, Canada, and Israel; new programs on International Frontline Delivery System Models and Frugal Innovations; the Harkness Fellowships in Health Care Policy and Practice; and 23 international partnerships with Health Ministries, research organizations, and health foundations, including the OECD. Previously she held management positions at BUPA, the largest private health insurer in the U.K., NYC teaching hospitals, and, as executive director of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Greater NY’s corporate foundation. She has a B.S. from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
