Fellow Pediatric Hematology, Erasmus MC Rotterdam; The Netherlands

Anne P.J. de Pagter, MD PhD, is a Pediatrician and fellow pediatric hematology at the Sophia Childrens Hospital, Erasmus MC, Rotterdam, the Netherlands and the Willem Alexander Children’s Hospital, LUMC, Leiden, the Netherlands. She is the national coordinator of the Sickle Cell Outcome Research programme (SCORE) and initiator of a coaching programme for medical specialists and residents (www.erasmusmc.nl/challengesupport). Her testimony during the opening keynote will be about communication in daily medical practice.
