Joy Ngai a specialty trainee in general surgery in North of Scotland and a Scottish Clinical Leadership Fellow with NHS National Services Scotland in 2016/7. She is a Divisional Trainee Lead for NHS Grampian and a member of the Q community at the Health Foundation. Her interest is in the use of data intelligence for quality improvement and service innovation. Her fellowship project has focused on developing strategies to improve the quality of routinely collected data through clinician engagement in the clinical coding process and encouraging the clinical use of routinely collected data.
