Dr. Hsu is Director of Department of Information Management, Ministry of Health and Welfare, Taiwan. He has been Chief Information Officer at Taipei Medical University, and a consultant neurosurgeon at Wanfang Hospital, a 746-bed hospital affiliated with Taipei Medical University. He is author and co-author of more than 50 papers and articles in international conferences and scientific journals, focusing on health data, health information technology, e-health, electronic medical record system, hospital information management and patient safety.
