Global Health Executive, KPMG International; UK Dr Ed Fitzgerald is the Global Health Executive to KPMG's Global Healthcare Practice, supporting the company’s health network across 45 countries in six continents. Ed qualified in medicine from the University of Oxford, and has over 12 years’ experience of clinical practice in the NHS and international health systems prior to joining KPMG. He is responsible for global thought leadership in healthcare, working closely to build relationships with senior clients, governments, and academic partners worldwide. As a healthcare advisor he provides policy, strategy, and operational expertise in care system redesign, sustainability, and universal health coverage. He has extensive clinical research experience, and holds a Visiting Lectureship in the Centre for Global Health at Kings College London.
