Dominique is Chief Executive of Imperial College Health Partners, a health innovation network in London, covering a population of almost 3 million people in partnership with acute, community and mental health providers and world leading academic institutions. A Public Health physician by background, for the past two decades she has worked in leadership, management and advisory roles driving change across health and care in the UK and internationally. She also maintains her part-time role as Director of Population Health at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. Her career encompasses working in healthcare in provider and payer organisations, academic institutions, national bodies, management consultancy, and think tanks. She provides leadership and expertise on a range of areas including health innovation and improvement, equity, population health, anchor institutions, environmental sustainability, women in leadership, clinical engagement and learning health systems. Her leadership and impactful approaches have earned her numerous awards.
