Elisabeth is a specialist nurse in geriatrics, improvement agent, and healthcare leader with broad experience from various levels of management. She is passionate about patient safety, quality improvement, and meaningful user involvement, with a strong interest in how technology can enhance healthcare delivery.

A certified coach and improvement coach, she currently serves as Regional Leader for Quality and Patient Safety in Helse Vest. Living in Haugesund, she commutes two hours—including a ferry ride—to the regional office, balancing her professional commitments with family life, travel, and her dog, Luv Prince (aka Nike).
